I came to this office after having issues with my bite following a crown I had done at another location. Dr. Prachi took the time to help me understand the issue and get everything addressed, and I already feel so much better!

The entire office has such a clean, welcoming, and friendly vibe. Everyone was patient with my questions and made sure I understood everything, including my treatment and insurance coverage. I left the clinic feeling happy and satisfied with my visit.

A special shoutout to Jenny and Cindy for getting me in quickly, being so helpful, and explaining the insurance coverage so clearly. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I've been going to this location for about 20 years and I have never once had anything less than a wonderful experience. I refuse to go to anyone else. All the staff are compassionate and personable, and care about your experience. Dr. Shah has done a wonderful job taking over for Dr. Cottrill. I had a great experience getting a few cavities filled by Dr. Shah. The office got me in for quick appointment right away, which was a convenient. Dr. Shah was incredibly gentle during the fillings and kept me updated throughout the whole process so I knew exactly what to expect since I get anxious. I have to give a shoutout to Dr. Shah and her team because I’ve been going here for YEARS and they’ve never once let me down. They did my braces and honestly made the whole process so easy — no drama, no stress, just a straight-up good experience from start to finish.
The staff are seriously the best. They’re always flexible and take the time to actually explain what’s going on with your teeth instead of just rushing you through (Thanks Lynda!) so you never leave confused or wondering what just happened.
